Right now, we only ship within the US. We’re working on opening up to everywhere else soon!

How long will it take for my order to be shipped to me?
We know you are looking forward to receiving your order! Generally, it will be dispatched within 1- 3 days after your order is placed. Standard shipping generally arrives between 2-5 business days, although certain locations may take a bit longer.
Please know that shipping is busier than usual this year. With many brick-and-mortar stores closing, people are shopping online more than ever. This is causing a worldwide slowdown in deliveries.
While we make every effort to ship all orders as speedy as possible, these delays are out of our control. We continuously monitor this situation and update delivery estimates on our checkout page accordingly. Once your order ships, you'll receive your tracking number.

Can I change my shipping address?
We understand it could be very exciting at checkout and address typos can occur.
To ensure your delivery is perfect, please make sure to include any apartment, suite, unit, or floor numbers with your address.
If you need to make a change to your shipping address, please reach out to us immediately after placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. However, there may be instances where a shipping label has already been created and therefore, cannot be changed. Once a package is shipped out, we cannot change the destination address.
If you do not provide an accurate shipping address, the carrier will be unable to deliver your package. If you would like us to re-ship it, you will be responsible for the new product and shipping charges.
To make things easy for you, we kindly ask you to double-check if everything is correct before placing your order :)
