All of our prices are listed in US Dollars.
SHIPPING
Where do you ship to?
Right now, we only ship within the US. Our warehouse is located in Florida. We’re working on opening up to everywhere else soon!
Do you have any shipping promotions?
Yes! It is FREE shipping for orders $35 and over right now. Otherwise, it is simply $6 for under $35.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped to me?
We know you are looking forward to receiving your order! Generally, it will be dispatched within 1- 3 days after your order is placed. Standard shipping generally arrives between 2-5 business days, although certain locations may take a bit longer.
Please know that shipping is busier than usual this year. With many brick-and-mortar stores closing, people are shopping online more than ever. This is causing a worldwide slowdown in deliveries.
While we make every effort to ship all orders as speedy as possible, these delays are out of our control. We continuously monitor this situation and update delivery estimates on our checkout page accordingly. Once your order ships, you'll receive your tracking number.

Can I change my shipping address?
We understand it could be very exciting at checkout and address typos can occur.
To ensure your delivery is perfect, please make sure to include any apartment, suite, unit, or floor numbers with your address.
If you need to make a change to your shipping address, please reach out to us immediately after placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. However, there may be instances where a shipping label has already been created and therefore, cannot be changed. Once a package is shipped out, we cannot change the destination address.
If you do not provide an accurate shipping address, the carrier will be unable to deliver your package. If you would like us to re-ship it, you will be responsible for the new product and shipping charges.
To make things easy for you, we kindly ask you to double-check if everything is correct before placing your order :)

How do I remove the bracelet from my wrist properly?
Easy! Simply cuff your wrist with your other hand and slide your bracelet off your wrist slowly.
How do I care for my bracelets?
The best way to care for your bracelet is to make sure it's off when you take a shower or bath. Feel free to store it in the luxury pouch it came with!
Where are your Healing Trust beads sourced?
We get all our healing crystal beads from all over the world to bring you the best combination of style and benefits.
Why are there variances with the bracelets?
Natural gemstones are beautiful in their imperfection. All of our items are handcrafted and original so no two stones are exactly alike (like us humans!). We strive to be fair and transparent when describing the quality of our products. Due to the fact that each natural gemstone is unique, it is normal that the stones used in the jewelery pieces you see may vary slightly in color, shape and/or size (we have many customers say that it looks better in person).
Also, keep in mind images on the website may vary slightly in colour and/or size due to lighting conditions, tools to take photo with, and/or your device (ipad, android, laptop etc.) used to view.
We take special care to inspect each piece by hand so you will be happy with your purchase.
It is rare but if you happen to receive a damaged or defective item please get in touch with us immediately at hello@healingtrust.co. We'll always do our best to make things right and let you know the next steps for a replacement.

How can I become a Hand Model?
If you have dreams of becoming a model of any sort - hand, face, feet or whichever...just GO FOR IT! The world is your oyster.
The easiest way to get started is to get a couple of very simple photos. You can take them yourself or have a friend take them, but it’s smart to have several on hand so you can crop or edit them if need be. The more energy and spirit you bring in each photo, the better you’ll look—even if you’re not wearing designer clothes or tons of makeup. If you want to model hands, try posing as if your hands have personality! Have fun with it!
Next, search for modeling agencies you would like to work with and submit your photos for consideration. That’s all!
Maybe something will happen! If not, that’s ok, just continue on with your sunny life spreading light and love everywhere you go!
